How can I return empty containers and bottles?

We accept returns for empty candle fragrance oil bottles and containers!
Do you have empty fragrance oil bottles or containers that you no longer need but are still in perfect condition? We are happy to take these back for reuse.
When returning, the following points should be taken into account:

Do you have empty fragrance oil bottles or containers that you no longer need but are still in perfect condition? We are happy to take these back for reuse.
When returning, the following points should be taken into account:
- Please first send us an email to info@candlecraft.de with a last order or customer number that you would like to return your containers
- You will then receive a return label from us
- We ask that you send bottles and containers to us in a combined package and not individually
- After receiving the package, we check whether the containers and bottles are still in reusable condition
Shipping is done by yourself. We therefore ask you to pack the containers and bottles carefully in a box and send them back to us with the return label.
We are continuing to work on elaborating and developing a complete take-back system. When you prepare a box for us, please include your last order number or customer number.
