Which countries does Candle Craft deliver to?
Shipping Policy from 2026
From 2026 onwards, we will ship our products within the EU exclusively to business customers holding a valid VAT identification number (VAT ID).
Austria is an exception:
Private customers in Austria can continue to place orders and receive deliveries as usual.
For private customers from other EU countries
Private customers outside Austria still have the option to purchase our products under the following conditions:

Orders can be placed in our online shop using the shipping option “Self-Collection”

Collection must be arranged independently by the customer

Alternatively, cross-border or parcel forwarding services may be used
For German private customers without a valid VAT ID, standard shipping still applies.
