Re-shipping:
If you specify "incorrect address data", the packages can not be resent free of charge. Shipping charges will apply again.
Self-organized pickup:
You can organize a pickup for your order with other transport service providers. To do this, select "Self-Pickup" in the order process and then send us an e-mail with the transport label or the data of the service provider.
